Normcore 58mm Convex Basket Kit, 22g, 5832mm, 0.18mm Low Flow

The Normcore 58mm Convex Portafilter Basket Kit is designed for baristas who want greater control over espresso flow, resistance, and extraction style.Built with a stepdown internal geometry from 58mm to 32mm, this basket helps create a deeper coffee puck and a more concentrated extraction path. Unlike traditional baskets that often rely mainly on very fine grind settings to build resistance, the Convex Basket uses its internal shape to support a controlled lowflow extraction. With a 22g capacity and 1473 precision dropletshaped holes, the 0.18mm lowflow structure helps promote slower, more even flow through the puck. This design supports cleaner extraction, improved sweetness, greater clarity, and a smoother mouthfeel.CNCmachined from solid 304 stainless steel, the basket offers a rigid structure, precise internal shaping, and longlasting durability. It is ideal for espresso users exploring lowflow recipes, coarser grind settings, and more intentional extraction control.Set Includes:1 58mm Convex Portafilter Basket1 0.8mm Puck Screen200 Espresso Paper FiltersNote:32mm refers to the internal extraction area, not the outer basket diameter. Actual capacity may vary depending on roast level, grind size, humidity, and puck preparation.
