IMS Big Bang Precision Filter Basket made for Breville Sage 54mm bottomless portafilters, double espresso (h25.5)

The latest innovation from IMS. Holes are distributed towards the center to direct the flow of espresso. There are more holes in the center and they have less disctance between them. This pattern is specifically designed for bottomless portafilters. The basket has flat bottom. Available in 3 heights with different capacities according to the type of coffee used. For 5353.5mm tampers. Ridgeless. The main characteristics we found out the BIG BANG filters emphasis was the SWEETNESS. The extraction is very uniform , it exalts the sweetness and reduces the acidity. We dont suggest to use the BIG BANG filter baskets with citric (light) coffees since they sweetened espresso and modify characteristics.
